This week I want to share about the PAS Writing Framework, a real case study from my team on increasing social engagement 2-3x in 90 days, and Opus Clip which I’ve been using for video content.

PAS Writing Framework to boost engagement (try it)

A convenient app like Instacart that ensures you never miss out on a product again.

And voila! You've got a message that resonates.

This framework isn't just for marketing. It can be applied to any subject matter, any business.

Have a ton of long-format video content? You could be sitting on a treasure trove of shorts for channels like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

And i’ve seen brands with small followings get higher organic engagement on shorts then their long form content.

Oh, that doesn’t mean that long formant isn’t needed but at the top of the funnel shorts are often an intro to your brand or service.

And its easy to get started:

Step 1: Drop all your long format videos in a folder

Step 2: Get Opus Clip Pro and then drag and drop the files—go do something for a half hour and come back (if you have a lot of content)

Step 3: Review the clips made (make sure to double check the spellings etc)

Step 4: Connect your social accounts right in Opus Clip and schedule the next two or three months of posting consistently
